Our story
We started with one crew and a simple rule: do what you said you would do.
Reyvant Construction Group was founded in 2017 in Providence, Rhode Island. The company began with residential work — renovations, additions and exteriors — for homeowners who had been through a bad contractor experience and were not eager to repeat it.
That is still the problem we are organized to solve. The construction industry does not usually fail on craft. It fails on communication, on scope that was never written down, on change orders that appear after the fact, and on crews that vanish for a week without explanation. We built the company around eliminating those failures, and the work followed.
Today Reyvant runs two divisions. Our residential division handles renovations, additions and ground-up custom homes. Our commercial division handles tenant fit-outs, retail and restaurant build-outs, office and medical space, multifamily and ground-up commercial construction. We work across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, southern Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, and we are fully insured and bonded in every one of them.
What we believe
Four commitments we do not negotiate.
- Write it down. Scope, allowances, exclusions, schedule and payment terms are on paper before work starts. If it is not in the contract, you are not being charged for it.
- Price it honestly. We would rather lose a job to a lower number than win it on a number we know will change.
- Protect the property. Containment, dust control and daily cleanup are part of the job, not an extra.
- Answer the phone. Every client has a named contact who responds the same business day.
