Home / New Homes

New home construction

From raw land to the day you get the keys — managed as one process, under one contract.

Ground-up building

The hardest part of a new home happens before the foundation.

Wetlands, setbacks, septic and well, ledge, utility runs, zoning relief, conservation review — the conditions that decide whether a lot is buildable, and at what cost, are almost never visible from the street. We evaluate all of it before you commit to a design or a price.

01

Custom homes

Designed around how you actually live, built to a specification written down before we start.

02

Semi-custom

Proven plans adapted to your lot and your finish level — a faster, more predictable path to the same quality.

03

Spec & investment builds

For developers and investors: cost discipline, resale-aware finish selection and a schedule that protects your carry.

04

Teardown & rebuild

Demolition, disposal and new construction on an existing lot, including utility disconnect and re-service.

05

Accessory dwelling units

Detached and interior ADUs built to current code, with the zoning path confirmed in writing first.

06

Land evaluation

Buying a lot? We will walk it with you and flag the cost drivers before you are committed to it.

The build

Eight stages, fully documented

You will always know which stage you are in, what happens next, and what it costs.

01

Land & feasibility

Survey, soils, wetlands, zoning and utility review. Go or no-go before money is spent on design.

02

Design & selections

Architectural drawings, engineering, and a finish specification priced line by line.

03

Permitting

Building, zoning, septic, conservation and utility applications filed and tracked by us.

04

Site & foundation

Clearing, excavation, footings, foundation, waterproofing, drainage and backfill.

05

Frame & envelope

Framing, roof, windows, doors, air sealing and cladding — the house closed in and dried in.

06

Systems rough-in

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage, coordinated and inspected before insulation.

07

Interior finish

Insulation, drywall, trim, cabinetry, tile, flooring, paint and fixtures.

08

Closeout & keys

Final inspections, certificate of occupancy, orientation walkthrough and your warranty package.
