What we look for
Minimum qualifications
We prequalify every trade partner before the first bid invitation. The bar is straightforward and it is the same for everyone.
- Active contractor registration or license in each state where you will work
- General liability insurance with Reyvant named as additional insured
- Workers’ compensation coverage for every worker on site
- Commercial auto coverage for vehicles used on our projects
- Current W-9 on file
- Ability to provide a certificate of insurance before mobilization
- Willingness to sign our subcontract and lien waiver forms
- At least two verifiable references from recent work
