Residential construction & renovation
Work that has to be lived in. We protect the house, hold the schedule, and finish what we start.
The residential division
Renovating an occupied home is a different discipline.
Anyone can build in an empty box. Working around a family, their schedule, their pets and their belongings takes containment, sequencing and communication — and that is where most renovations go wrong. It is what our residential division is organized around.
Whole-home renovation
Full-gut and phased renovations, including structural changes, new systems and complete re-finish.
Additions
Single- and two-story additions, dormers, in-law suites and accessory dwelling units.
Kitchens
Layout, cabinetry, stone, appliance coordination, electrical and plumbing rough-in through final trim.
Bathrooms
Waterproofing done properly, tile set to plane, ventilation sized correctly, fixtures blocked and backed.
Basements & attics
Finished living space with the moisture control, egress and insulation detail those spaces actually require.
Exteriors
Roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, porches and drainage — the envelope that protects everything inside.

Lead-safe work
Most New England homes were built before 1978.
That means lead paint is a live consideration on a large share of the housing stock we work in. Reyvant is EPA Lead-Safe Certified under the Renovation, Repair and Painting rule — containment, HEPA vacuuming, controlled demolition and verified cleanup are standard practice on qualifying projects, not an upsell.
- Plastic containment and negative-pressure isolation of work areas
- HEPA filtration and wet methods during demolition
- Daily cleanup and post-work cleaning verification
- Required written notices delivered before work begins
